Hey a problem just came up on my audi it is a 2013 audi a6 3.0t and I was driving and a message came up that said "cooling system fault turn engine off" and when I pulled the codes it has....secondary air circuit low, pcv valve circuit low, coolant pump malfunction, secondary air short, oil pressure valve short, cylinder head coolant valve short, evap purge valve short and both engine mounts short iv only had the car for 2 months and this is my first audi so don't know much about them..do you have any thoughts as what it could be

And ever since my chech engine would come on periodically.. not too often, but the code says " catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1"... can you let me know if my cat needs to be replaced or o2 sensor??? Please help

Why couldn't Audi do this? Oh wait... then the Audi dealers couldn't charge $2,500 to do a PCV replacement AND a bunch of extras. Also you said the whistle is normal on the diaphragm, but isn't that one of the symptoms of a bad diaphragm? I had a whistle on mine, but not high pitched like the videos I've seen, but more noticeable on defrost. I was hoping it was not something in the vents b/c not much I can do to fix that. Will see is the PCV body replacement fixed it or will it be a "phantom" whistle I have to deal with for the life of the car. That will be frustrating if so.

I have a 2017 Sq5 with 80k dual pulley, just got check engine code -0430, and white smoke from exhaust. Now I have CAP test pipes coming in Friday, going to be attempting to tackle the job. The rasp I'm worried about but I don't really have a choice, currently running stock downpipes and awe catback touring. Good luck with your current engine build!

Is it possible to get at the lower screws without fully removing the bumper? I only need to do one side and tempted to try to pull off the bumper only on that side to access the screws. Bad idea?

Hey man I was driving and got a low coolant light. I checked the oil and it was clean so I tried to fill the coolant. Whenever I filled up the reservoir it just drained back down again. Would this be a bad pcv? The ignition and car was off but the coolant still drained into the oil. I scanned it with vcds and have a code for the supercharger coolant pump but nothing else. Please let me know how I can diagnose it, I don’t want to spend the money and time to change the wrong thing. Thank you!!

I'm putting a list in FPCeuro's video based on my experience. A tip with that FUCKING coolant pipe lol is a have a feel and if it feels brittle well good luck but if its like mine and nice and sturdy feels solid. Take a thin piece of metal about 5 in by 5 (big enough it wont fall in) and twist the pipe until the moulded screw bracket and the metal wiring support bracket have a gap that you can slide said metal shim in between. Then take some pliers or vice grips (no needle nose types) and with a cloth wrapped around the pipe gently squeeze near the front side of the pipe (near the block/gasket end) and take a pry bar, brace against the metal block with the end and use the shaft of the bar against the pliers and gently pop it out - takes 5 minutes to do and made it so much bloody easier than the impossible manual way. (honestly its a good design though because they got rid of an extra clip and even if that t30 comes out some how its still nice and tight in there and wont catastrophically fail) lol maybe your clip is sitting in the audi 3.0 purgatory with my t30 bit XD That flapper body, they do mention but unless youre really paying attention you'll miss it. "make sure you push your flaps down when putting the body on" is all they say, took about 10 minutes to find out the WHY and yeah had to reseat them not a big deal but will throw a code about something being stuck open. Honestly though I've worked on a lot of cars but my audi is my fave things just come off and go on without issue no forcing no wrongly made parts - it just works - complex yes a bit time consuming sure but the job was fun even scraping excess carbon from my intakes and blowing/vaccuming them out. Even realizing my injector gaskets got stuck in the fuel rail and i made a god damned mess when testing for fuel leaks lol (bought the $50 each injector gasket set anyways) and lubing them up to put on its been nice

Hose clamp trick worked good. Was really easy. Did this last night. I replaced the Oil filter housing gasket too. That was a pain. Just got to get mine all back to together after replacing the PCV body. Supercharger, belt, coolant and leak check everything. Then button it up. Waiting on parts is the most time consuming.

I was looking to get one of these for my RH Drive A6 but they only seem to have them for LH Drive. I have instead purchased a unit that will replace the screen that folds away. Hopefully have it by the end of the month. Different manufacturer.....

How loud are the test pipes to replace cats, will it be extremely loud I live in a hoa and California I don’t really wanna worry about getting state reffed or the cops called right away

Is there a way to see the temps of the heat exchanger? Cause I’d like to get one in order to make sure I know the pump. Running fine cause 400$ is not cheap. That’s a car payment. So yea I need my B8.5 S5 coupe to run perfectly. But I wanna watch over it.
